Navigation data

The computer systems and computer programs used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. Navigation data will be collected exclusively in the legitimate interest of allowing the user to enjoy the content published on the Owner’s Site and its proper administration and management. These data are kept for a short time and could be used for the investigation of liability in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the HOLDER. Thereafter, the data are kept only in anonymous form for statistical interest only.

Data voluntarily provided by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this Site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. The legal bases of the processing are, therefore, the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to respond to the communications received or the need to process pre-contractual requests made by the data subject. Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill any requests made by the sender or issues therein submitted to the Controller and, in any case, for as long as required by specific legal provisions. The sender has, however, the right to request the deletion of the same in accordance with the terms, conditions and limits provided for in Art. 17 of the GDPR.

Should voluntary contact by the user be made by filling out the form, placed either in the “Contact Us” section or in any other section, he or she will be specifically asked in those locations to read the above notice before giving consent.

OPTIONALITY OF PROVIDING DATA

Except as specified for browsing data and as referred to in the Cookie Policy, the user is free to provide personal data through communications or via web forms on the website. Failure, partial or incorrect release of data may prevent the HOLDER from properly accepting and/or processing requests.

USE OF AI AND CHATBOTS

This site uses AI software and chatbots, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. Such software, in fact, does not process any personal or sensitive data. The use of AI and Chatbot is limited to the elimination of virtual barriers (digitization and/or information) in favor of accessibility (WCAG), to break down sensory or communication and information barriers.

PROCESSING METHODS AND AUTHORIZED SUBJECTS OF PROCESSING

The processing operations related to the web services of this Site (physically placed in “DEDICATED SERVER” at the Hetzner Online GmbH) take place both at the headquarters of the Data Controller. The data may occasionally be accessed, for technical reasons only, by authorized personnel who provide support for the Owner’s Site and computer systems. No data from web surfing is disclosed or disseminated to further third parties except in compliance with legal obligations.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.

DATA TRANSFER ABROAD

Requests and messages sent to the Owner spontaneously towards email addresses or in filling out web forms on the Site, as well as browsing data, are normally tracked/stored on servers located in the EU, belonging to the third party platforms we use. However, in the course of conducting business as structurally or occasionally organized, it is possible that your personal data may be transferred to individuals or companies located outside the EU or the European Economic Area (EEA). The eventuality, as the Owner’s business arrangements are currently organized, is limited to the registration of individual accounts with non-EU IT platforms that we use to deliver customer services; personal data, moreover, may be stored in cloud servers owned by third-party providers, which are normally located in Europe but may temporarily be transferred outside the EU. Consequently, it is possible that some personal data may be transferred to individuals or companies located outside the EU or the European Economic Area (EEA). In these cases, or if the need arises to use other types of non-EU providers who have access to some personal data, the Data Controller will provide full information and verify that every measure (contractual and non-contractual) appropriate and necessary is taken to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data in accordance with and in the manner indicated by Chapter V of the GDPR and, in any case, by the current legislation on the protection of personal data. In any case, you may always request more information about the identity of non-EU third parties who may know/process your personal data and the activities carried out by them by making a request by contacting the Privacy Contact or privacy@hyblaweb.it.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

As a data subject, the user has the right to ask the data controller for access to, rectification, deletion of data, restriction of processing or to object to the processing of data under the conditions set out in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 21 of the GDPR. Finally, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if he or she believes that the processing concerning him or her violates the legislation applicable to the protection of his or her data.
